My stay at the hotel was quite comfortable in terms of space with 2 bedrooms and two en suite bathrooms along with a kitchenette and lounge/dining area. The air-conditioning system was a bit tiny, and the shared balcony with the next room wasn't very private. The rooms were indeed clean and modern.
